Hi all

we are validating ALLINITY HQ machine 

we almost pass all parameters except for reticulocyte count  (both precision and accuracy). We repeated samples many times still not pass. we checked our QC of machine,, pass

Any further thoughts for next step ??

if anyone use HOPE system what was the total allowable error used ??
