We are looking to purchase an infrared thermometer to monitor returned blood prodcuts. Please recommend a make /model that performs well in a blood bank. Thanks

How are Cerner Classic customers handling STD 5.22 Issue of Tissue and Derivatives, that require the documentation that the manufacturers directions are present when coagulation factors are issued. Thanks

[Platelet products out of blood bank]

I would like feedback from others on the length of time a platelet product can be out of the blood bank and still be returned to inventory.

Our 30 min maximum time out of the blood bank is very difficult when dealing with OR orders.
