    I've been observing for awhile now, and figured it's time I introduce myself! I'm Melissa from McHenry, Il. I work in a 180 bed hospital and am the coordinator of the blood bank. I previously worked in a reference lab; antibody problems 24/7! I thought I wouldn't miss it, but I am finding I miss the complex workups alot; absorptions, elutions,titers, HTLA's, etc.... Glad to be a part of BloodBank Talk. Melissa
