Hello, I'm from the Netherlands and my coworkers always references a freeze-thaw elution as lui eluate. But the thing is, no one has a clue what it stands for.
We use the Lui (freeze-thaw) elution technique for diagnostics in AB0 incompatibility with mother/child.
Could someone explain what "Lui" stands for? Is it a name? Is it an abbreviation?
