Good morning everyone!  This question may be a dumb one but I am a bit confused.  I currently have an Echo and we have brought in a Neo due to volume. My question is - for validation - I know I run the samples on the Echo and then the Neo but do they then have to be run on bench (which we due for coorelations)?  It's the same platform and we know th Echo coorelations with bench so is machine to machine enough at this point for validation?

Thank you everyone and I hope you all have a great Monday!:D

Well, think about what you're trying to do - validate the Neo technique is as good as/better than current methods.  What do you do with antibody ID now?  Only run Echo panels?  Other than correlations, do you augment Echo results with manual tests?  If you get ? Echo results, what's your process? Manual PeG or something else?  Those are the things I'd validate on all methods.
