Has anybody actually seen someone in scrubs who has just come out of the cafeteria touch anything sterile or in a sterile field during surgery?

And what is on their scrubs BEFORE they enter the cafeteria?  I have seen them, myself, come straight out of theatre and go straight to the cafeteria; I do not mean that I have heard about it - I mean that I have actually seen it myself.
