I can't seem to find out how long the Immucor Whole Blood corQC can be used after a vial is opened and used on the instrument. Can anyone tell me? 

It's good until it's expiration date.

Yes, and it seems to be very stable right up to the expiration date.

You should of course remind your staff to observe the vial for hemolysis at least each time you do QC. Sometimes with weather changes and corrosion of the tips on the pipettes so that there is carry-over there can be hemolysis near the end of the period of use.

We were having some failures with QC & found it helped to change the tubes weekly. 

We are using AlbaQ-Check and it states in the IFU (aka Package Insert) "Once opened, vials can be used for 7 days."  IF there is such a restriction on the corQC, it would state it in the IFU.  If not, then it should be good until the original expiration date.  If it doesn't last that long, then that's a problem with the product and the manufacturer should address it.
