Has anyone ever used the Value Stream Mapping that Haemonetics offers?

We are looking into this at my hospital, but I really want input from other users before I commit the time and money to this.

Are you looking to add a blood dispensing machine?  Do you have system a system engineer or someone skilled in the lean tools in your facility that could help with this?   :)
