I am interested in knowing how other facilities are handling workups on new and historical WAA. Is your workup complete if the saline screen is negative or do you run additional selected cells to find 2 homozygous rule outs for dosing antibodies.

If my antibody screen is negative I don't go looking for trouble.  I use a 3 cell screen so homozygous cells are present - I don't run 2.
