On Rh Neg L&D patients with a history of RHiG we perform a mini-panel, I have been keeping the antigrams on the basis of record retention. Is anyone not keeping these, or only keeping them for a set period of time. I would love to clean up my files.

Check your regs for record retention according to AABB, CAP, etc. In NY State, we would have to keep them for 10 years.
