Almost impossible to call based on 1 image.  Would need to see more to be sure.  Some suspects: Malarial parasite (low probablility), degenerated neutrophil (how old is the sample?).

I did say it wasn't a serious question. I thought it looked like a cute little robin, wearing sunglasses, waving at me :)
