Hi everyone

                  Does any one has Immucor Panocell-10 February 2013 Lot # 53129 worksheet?we need to have a look back with one of our patient.Unfortunately we haven't archieved the master copy since there was no positives on that month.

                  If you have kindly post it as a attachment or help me finding it out.Is there anyway i can download?

I'm attaching the pdf for that lot number (the second file is the supplemental typings on the back).

As soon as we get our new lots of reagent RBC, we take an blank antigram for the panel or screening cells and stick it in a notebook. (There's nothing more annoying than someone using the last scoresheet without making more copies, and having to try to make a blank one out of a used one.) We save our old panels for student use; again, this ensures blank scoresheets for their use too. When the binder gets full we toss out some old ones, but we always have a couple of years' worth a moment away. Faster and easier than looking through the website.
