Measuring Radiation Dose

Just curious.....how many of you use a 25Gy radiation dose monitor, and how many use a 15Gy?  I am referring to daily Irradiation measurements; not your dosimetry testing (I know it has to be a minimum of 25Gy in the center).  Also, please say which kind of Irradiator you use when you say the dose (just curious if there is any relationship to what folks use).
