When the forum was switched to the new format, my "avatar" disappeared.  How do I get it back?

Thanks!

When I click on my name - all I get is half of a box that says "What's on your mind?" - nothing else and the box will not open any farther.  Any other suggestions?

Carolyn,

I had the same "what's on your mind" half a box.  I clicked on my silhouette and it took me to my profile where I could change it, but i can't find a small enough avatar yet.  Cliff, didn't there used to be stock photos on here we could use?

I did it! This is a picture I took in Hong Kong.

You can also click on your silhouette in a post and it will take you to the right place.

I'm sorry this is continuing to be an issue for you.  In the pic I posted above you can see that a test account I have was able to view all of the options, that test user was in your same user group.  There was also another member here early in the week who was not able to edit their settings and I made some adjustments and they were able to make the edits.

Have you tried clicking the blank image below your name, or you name, in a post as mollyredone suggested?

I am often online after 6pm EST and the live help button on the left will be green at that time.  We can do a live chat to try and get you set up correctly.

Maybe it's a browser version or type issue? We recently found out our web-based tissue tracking database doesn't work on google chrome.
