Hi everyone!!

I am looking to put together a Train the Trainer program in my blood bank and I was wondering if anyone had one already established and, if so, would you be willing to share your ideas?

The trainers will be Medical technologists - I need to have documentation that they are competent to train in different areas of the lab :)

How would you know they are competent? That is how you will document it (trainer's competence).

Their competency in each area is documented every year - this is how I would determine if they are a trainer.
