Hi everyone -

I just received an email notice that my MTS gel station Ortho service contract needs to be renewed, but it was not from Ortho...it was from another company and I am wondering if it is legitimate or some kind of a phishing scam?

This is where it says it is from: "Sutherland Global Service" The Rep did not have an Ortho email, she had a Sutherland email.

Being a cautious person, I would call Ortho and discuss the issue with them. If they have outsourced their service for some reason, I would think they would have communicated it with you.

I checked with my Ortho rep and indeed this is a legitimate service company.

Also...Ortho has started using a service company for PM's on the ProVue.
