We are going to 5 day plasma, I am trying to figure out the codes

FFP from CPD (ISBT E0701) gets thawed to code E0773 for 24 hour outdate.

FP24 from CPD (E2555) gets thawed to code E2701 for 24 hour outdate

But I can only find one Thawed Plasma from CPD code E2684 for 5 day product.

Our computer wants unique codes for each product. What has everyone else done? We are on HBB (aka Wyndgate)

I was curious as to what you decided to use for the ISBT code for  E2555 thawed to  E2701 that you wanted to modify to a Plasma product (5 day outdate). 

For an E2555, we use E2684 for the 5 day code.

We do the same as soozmlt.  We have a setting in our system, HCLL that is set to make all thawed FFP expire to 5 days.

We also use E2684  as the thawed 5 day code for an E2555.

We use E2701 since it specifies the parent product was frozen < 24 hours.  E2684 does not specify this.

On Meditch we use the code E2684 to indicate 5day Thawed Plasma. But actually I think we use this code to indicate the thawing of the plasma and we enter the expiration date 5 days later.
