Solid phase is your primary method - you get a positive screen - let's say 1+ rxn on both, you run the ABID panel and auto/c or DAT and it's negative - what do you do?

I wasn't asked to, but I will comment anyway.

We find that solid phase is far too sensitive, but not specific for such sensitivity.

As such, if it reacts by 1+ solid phase, but not by other technologies, and one of your screening cells is Jk(a+b-) and the other Jk(a-b+), then it's not going to be clinically significant anyway (at least, until the antibody has been boosted).
