Are there any NON trauma hospitals out there with a Massive Transfusion Pack protocol?

Are there any NON trauma hospitals out there with a Massive Transfusion Pack protocol?

In my opinion all hospital Blood Banks should have an MTP policy.  Although we are a Trauma Center, more of our MTPs are in OR or in OB.
