Do you mean Rh type the baby's cord blood and if positive, order a Fetal Bleed Screen on mom?

And if the fetal screen is positive, reflex a quantitative test...

and accordingly give mom the right post partum dose of RhIG ....

..and if the Rh type on the baby's cord blood is negative ...
