Hi everyone,

The current hospital I am at is in the process of builing a new hospital and when we move there next year we are going to be switching from Sunquest to Cerner. So my question is has anyone else switched to cerner and is there anything I should be aware of to bring up during the Cerna implementation stages? Thanks for any help.

In my old hospital, we switched from Sunquest to Cerner about 6 yrs back. It went fairly smoothly from the Lab perspective. I must say though, most in the Lab felt it was a downgrade. However, hospital-wide, it was a positive thing.

We switched from Sunquest to Cerner in 1999 and are switching from Cerner to Soft now. Sunquest was easier to use than Cerner and Soft is suppose to be easier to use than Cerner.
