Are there FDA requirements that require consignees to provide the final disposition of a product when the product is included in a recall or market withdrawal?

I am looking for a CFR citation or a guidance document. Thanks for your help in advance.

Look at CITE: 21CFR7.49

(d)Responsibility of recipient. Consignees that receive a recall communication should immediately carry out the instructions set forth by the recalling firm and, where necessary, extend the recall to its consignees in accordance with paragraphs (B) and © of this section.
