I know this thread is a few years old, but I am currently validating the Haemonetics "HemoSafe" Blood Dispensing Refrigerator.  We have Cerner Millineum as our LIS.  I would love to engage in a discussion with others.

We just purchased haemonetice blood track refrigrator. has anyone done validation or written procedure for it. We have sunquest as our LIS.

Could you site the regulating bodies ?  FDA or JCHAO?

Why can't we put a refrigerator in the OR and let them sign out the product?
