I was in the US some time ago and saw the pink printed adhesive crossmatch bag labels, that have a duplicate stuck for the patient's chart. We plan to apply this. I cannot find the one I brought back (it has been ages..!)

Can I bother someone to scan one for me, please. I need to show it to our IT gentleman.

Thank you very much!!!!

Do you need my email?

Those vary greatly in the states--from full pages rubber-banded to bags, to cards tied on, to stickers stuck on. Some are multipart, some single. Some include the charting form for nursing; some are the minimum required to be physically attached to the unit and nursing uses their own chart form--either electronic or paper. Our computer prints an entire page as the nursing transfusion record but it has a peel-off label with the AABB required info that we stick on a manila tag and attach to the bag.

Our computer system is Haemonetics, previously Wyndgate, but it is capable of printing these things in about any format someone wants set up. Our format is much like the one used on our previous system, Hemocare.
