We are looking to replace our old tube sealer and are wondering if anyone recommends a certain tube sealer. We use the tube sealer only a few times a month when we aliquot blood products for neonates.

Check out the GenesisBPS website. We just got one for from them recently and I have had no issues with it. They also have a lot of models to choose from based on the workload.

Are you looking for a hand-held seeler, or a benchtop? I just ordered a Sebra Hand-Held sealer. Have used it other places and like it. I can't recall the name of the table-top I used elsewhere (which I liked) but could find out if that is what you are looking for.

We use the Sebra handhelds model 1090 and model 2600. The 1090 is still working great since 1995, the main unit can be placed on the floor out of the way and you can adjust the current if you seal a variety of tubings (eg transfer pack tubing vs washed cell disposable kits, big tubing thickness difference).
