Will someone please describe me your process with the Meditech-Provue interface?

This is our scenario using Meditech C/S 5.64

1. Receive sample in the Lab

2. Add the specimen in Meditech BBK Analyzer queue to download to Provue

3. Place and identify sample in Provue

4. Click on Host to download the tests from Meditech

5. Run test

6. Once results are available, send tests to upload to Meditech.

I have problems with the process and I'm wondering if there's any other way to do this.

I also have probelms with all the steps involved. There are less steps when the specimen is entered manually. But around here its all about interfacing the instrument.

The more steps in the PROCESS the greater chance of making a mistake.
