For the thawed plasmas, it could be either depending on what final product you want to distribute. If it's thawed Fresh Frozen Plasma then your expiration dates will be 6 or 24 hours (with FDA variance) after thawing. If the distributable product is labeled as thawed Plasma, then the expiration date after thawing would be 5 days. You could also choose to first create the thawed Fresh Frozen Plasma and then after 6/24 hours modify to a thawed Plasma with an expiration date of 5 days from the original thawing date. It's all dependent on your local protocols and transfusion practices.

We thaw fresh frozen plasma and call it plasma with a 5 day expiration. With apheresis plasma you have to make sure it is collected in a closed system before you make it five day exp.
