:confused: HI, anyone can share yr experience in doing Buffy Coat pool platelet for our reference. We have tried the Centrifuge speed many many times, the outcome is Not satisfactory. We would like to know more information about this. Currently, we are using JMS blood bag of 450 x 4 and 350 x 4 for the pool platelet use. Thank you so much ~
