We have HCLL. For each patient registered, we enter a pre-buit comment in active patient called HCHECK. It translates in HCLL say "History Check performed".

I'm not sure I understand, ELISA........Is this a comment you add to the patient? (Where in HCLL?) Is this done once per admission, or are you documenting the History Check every time you crossmatch the patient?

Thanks for your help.

The comment is added in active patient, upon initial registration of the paitent only (and each spec. is good for the standard 3 days). Send me you email address if you would like a screen shot.
