is it true that AABB required to fill all the blanks on any given forms used in transfusion service or Donor center with " NA"?

in other word we can not leave any open space on any forms like daily Temp or maintanence form?

give put some insights on this.

For equipment not used daily, we circle the date and initial that we are acknowldging that QC was not done and the equipment was not used for that day. It is clearly defined on our form as an acceptable answer. Just leaving something blank is unacceptable.

We are the same in the UK. Good Document Practice (GDP) dictates that you cannot leave blanks, as these could be filled in later (forging in other words).

The no blanks is usually an FDA thing. It is best to design your forms to avoid the necessity for blanks whenever possible.
