you're on the right track! this particular haplotype cannot align correctly with comparable haplotypes because it is shortened due to a deletion of a segment of the Class III MHC cluster which removes the C4A gene which carries the Rodgers antigen determinant so it would be unexpected for Rodgers antigen to be expressed from this haplotype
