Have any other primarily Gel users noticed an increase in Rouleaux in the last 6 months? We have the Provue and do gel manually but have had an increasing need for tube screens because of the pesky rouleaux. Rouleaux used to be a rare incovenience but now we are almost seeing one a day. Any info appreciated.....

Suggestion from left field. Have you checked the blood collection tubes? I once saw a significant false positive rate in a different brand of CAT cards that was tracked to a batch of edta tube. Cause was never defined but a new batch of tubes fixed it.

Hmm, no not with us. We are Provue/Gel users also. I have not noticed any recent increase with "issues".

Only rarely see rouleaux

Even us, during the last few months we notice the same problem, we thought it may from the company (Diamed) so we decide to go to onther company.

Also a ProVue/gel user and no increase in rouleaux.
