I plan to leave the PhD getting to my kids. They are auditing MIT courses online right now. One wants to be an anesthesiologist, because they get paid to watch people sleep but he also is interested in physics, so MD, PhD?? The other will either do alternative fuels or go to film school... since those two interests are so alike and all.:cool:

Comments on the second child: Many years ago a good friend taught his daughter to reply to the "What do you want to be when you grow up?" question: "I want to be an immunohematologist or a proctologist!" (P.S. No offense to proctologists intended!)
