Can anyone share examples of how they run both positive and negative QC for Ortho polyspecific IgG, Ortho Anti Human Globulin, Ortho c3b-C3d for DAT testing?

Thank you,

PatM

I am looking to QC with a positive, and negative control, all 3 IgG reagents for tube DAT testing

We use Immucor c3b-c3d gamma clone and Immucor Complement Control Cells since ortho does not have a complement control cell.

We use ortho Anti-IgG and ortho Coombs Control.

We do not use poly-specific.

Hope lthis helps.

I do the same, test poly and IgG with the Ortho Coombs Control Cells and the complement with Immucor Complement Control Cells. Then, I run saline as a negative control on my complement control cells and IgG control cells.
