Is anyone out there using the ultracrit? If so, how do you handle controls and are you doing any proficiency testing?

We are currenly using the UltraCrit.

For daily QC use the company's High and Normal QC reagents

For proficiency testing, we ran into HUGE problems. So, I am also curious what other donor centers are doing for proficiency testing?
