I am interested in comments from any HCLL users about HCLL's exception report function. What has your experience been with this function? Do you have problems with it? If so, what?

If you have not alredy done so, see the discussion on the exception report at the HCLL user's group at http://www.hcllusers.org/articles/exception-review (you need to get a logon to view).

...still waiting for my logon to be activated for the hcll users group. Thanks for the heads up.

We are currently on HCLL 2.9.3 and we review our exceptions online daily. The system does generate a lot of "unnecessary" exceptions but such is life.

I understand in 3.0.0 upgrade we will be able to review all "like" exceptions in one fell swoop.

I like the function, less paper. Feel free to contact me at Mary_Mendel@ssmhc.com if you have further questions about anything HCLL.
