Hi Folks,

How do you enter your type confirmation in soft bank for patients without a previous history?

Do you put the results in the comment section? or do you enter entirely new type results?

We do not bill for the retype so we set up a new complex group test called RTYP for Patient retype. It contains the two basic tests RABO (repeat ABO) and RRH (repeat Rh). We did not define any billing for these tests. RABO does increment the ABO counter to 2 but I believe you have to tell Soft to add it to a param.

I created a test called RTP (retype). It's a non billable test and it is set as a NP (no print) on the patient's report.
