Has anyone experianced issues involving miscommunication of data between Trima and Vista servers, such as missing collection data, data out of sequence, odd characters, ect. Has anyone had any of these or other unexpected errors?

Is it possible for you to provide more information? We are looking installing VISTA with our Trima Accels and I'm interested in learing more about the problems you have experienced.

I have not heard of anything regarding this - have you contacted the vendor? It may be an unrelated "patch" installed on your computer that is interfering with the operation of this software.
