We're looking at Blood Bank computer systems at our laboratory and have been approached by Eclipsys Sunrise Laboratory. They apparently have purchased Sysware and now have a FDA approved (510K 4/24/07) blood bank system. If anyone is implementing this system or has any knowledge of it software your input would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Eclipsys gave our lab a demo this past summer. System looked great in the presentation: very user friendly. However, we did not receive info as to any hospitals currently using this system. Be cautious...ask for current system users.
