I wonder if some people are testing or reporting Rh result prior to 3 months post transfusion.

Could you provide a few more details? I don't have a clue as to what you are asking.

I don't see any problem in reporting Rh types within the 3 month transfusion window. If you have given Rh mismatched you may get a mixed-field result but your transfusion record will document that type of transfusion event. In this instance I would report the historical type but my internal records would document the mixed-field reactions.
