I have a patient with a history of anti-Jkb. She is showing dosage but she is also not reacting with an occassional homozygous cell. Do you know any reason why she is selective with the homozygous cells.

Maybe the unreactive cell express fewer Jkb antigens.

Kidds are like that. Once identified, they go away and drive you crazy..... Making you wonder if the original ID was correct.
