In the facility name label text, is there an explicit requirement in ISBT 128 that the City be Proper or Title case (i.e, first letter of each word capitalized and remainder lower case) or can it be all upper case?

Has anyone heard from the FDA or ICCBBA concerning this issue?

The facility name label text should NOT be in all cap's. The correct way should be (Oklahoma Blood Institute). This is from the ICCBBA guidelines.
