ACD-A Solution: Anticoagulant Citrate Dextrose Solution – A, there is also a formula B. Apheresis collection adds ACD during collection. You should process all reagents and products in a biological safety cabinet with aseptic technique. Who ever trained you should be able to help you with procedures, everyone does it different.
