We dropped weak D a few months ago when we went with the Provue (doesn't decect VI).

Still use an anti-D that detects VI for our cords.

We used to do Weak D testing on all Rhig canidates and newborns, until last week. We have an automated system that uses gel technology and catches most of our weak D population. So we no longer do Weak D testing on women at all--only newborns.

We currently do weak D testing on all rh negative females age 55 or less. and cord blood rh negatives born to rh negative moms
