I am having to revamp the way we are billing and I am wondering if anyone else is out there dealing with this?

What HCPCS code used for Irradiated Leukoreduced CMV- Deglycerolized Divided Red Cell?

Do you use P9011 - Blood Spilit unit?

Or use P9057 - RBC Deglycerolized Leukoreduced Irradiated?

Or use P9058 - RB Leukoreduced CMV- Irradiated?
