unresolvable blood types in expanse

I am back with another question on people using Expanse resolve blood type discrepancies (who don't do genetic testing) in the computer. I of course would only give O units.
Expanse is telling me that I either have to report a blood type or send it out. We have done all our troubleshooting testing available to us and we cannot resolve the blood type, how do you report it in Expanse?

I would be very grateful for any help with this issue.
