Does anyone use PathNet, and if you do, have yu investigated if there is a way to put all the BB QC in the system, like in Gen Lab? -
Does anyone allow just an Rh type to be ordered? I am curious as I am setting up Cerner Millennium for our lab and have been told this will cause a history check error if the ABO is not entered on the patient. If you don't allow it to be ordered separately, is this a compliance issue if we do the ABO when it is not really medically necessary? Thanks:o .

I am currently wanting to delete Anti-A,B testing on patient types. I am interested in knowing how many of you just use Anti-A and B? I would like to be able to take this info to my medical director . Thanks in advance.

I have a question about CAP TRM.31400. Does everyone perform a positive and a negative for all the antisera and cells every day? We currently only do both for anti-D; everything else we just run a positive. The checklist question reads like we have to do both. Was just wondering what everyone else is doing. Thanks ahead for your input!
