    Hi everyone! So glad I found this site. I am 45 yo but new to this field. I have learned tons at our facility since we are a level I trauma center....one of only 3 in the state! Love my job....other things are defintely lacking.....but I guess all cant be perfect! I do have a question to start off with.....does anyone know in the state of NJ if there is a state regulation for how many MTs must be employed in a blood bank? I seem to be having trouble with this question. The AABB has no specific criteria.....was just wondering if the state does. Looking forward to reading tons of great insight!!
