visual inspection and not expired is enough and there is no need of qc.if you want to use expired panel cells for ruling in or out then you can do Qc for that corresponding antigen.

Finally the group discrepency is resolved by adsorbing patient plasma with O group red cells,performed reverse group wth it and designated as group A.Antibody was given as low incidence antibody towards high incidence antigen. Thanks to all participated and taken interest.

the child has never transfused but the chil and father has the same gr0up,same antibdy screening and panel result.

we have the panel which is negative for P antigen in some cells, thank you dear.

I dont know about your system but keeping the space empty for the unwanted cells then it will take those available cells only and you will read the selected panel results, take care

We cant rule out on that cell as that cell even should not be used for screening,because we are using selective panel for screening in such patient,then how this question can arise:cries:

As the individual is a donor so you have to go through adsorption elution.we have a case exactly like that of a donor in previous years and when we did adsorption elution we found that the donor group was AB.ok take care:o.Nisar
