  2. Does anyone have a policy they can share on how you deal with patients that have previously been negative and now are weakly (1-2+) positive with a more sensitive form of anti-D? What about patients that have no previous prenatal history and appear weakly positive? What do you consider them for RhIg? If you consider them RhIg candidates, do you do a KB instead of a fetal screen (which will probably be positive) to determine if a larger number of vials are needed? Thanks for any help. Marta
